Hi Helen,

I'm hoping you can pass on this feedback to Jason's supervisor along with my apologies for taking so long to provide this feedback.

Jason was great, turned up on time, did a very good job and identified that the ducting boots also needed replacement and did this as well. We'd have been very pleased with this level of service but then Jason did something outstanding and this is what I wanted to let his company know.

Jason came across a large sum of money which had been shoved down one of the heating vents and forgotten about. It dislodged when he was disconnecting the ducts and spilled all over the floor under the house. Jason collected it up and rang me straight away to let me know of his find.
I've told this story to a number of people in the last week and most have expressed amazement that he was so honest. Almost everyone said they'd have been tempted to pocket the money for themselves.
I actually said to him "Why did you ring me? I'd have never known if you'd just helped yourself' and he laughed and said he wouldn't dream of doing that. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Jason once again for his honesty and for doing such a great job for us.
We've insisted he take a reward but I also wanted to let his company know what an outstanding employee you have in this gentleman. If you could pass this on that would be very much appreciated.

Good morning,

When I got up this morning, I pushed a button and was rewarded by beautiful warmth spreading through my home, what a glorious feeling.
This is just a note to thank the Climate Master team who replaced the heating unit at my home on Tuesday. The team of Michael, John, Victor, Nathan and Mark are to be commended for their professionalism and I can't speak highly enough of their workmanship. As I said to my business partner, you would not know that this team has been at my place, except if you experienced the warmth inside.
